Our staircases are made from either toughened safety glass or toughened laminated glass. Both these types of glass are preferred for use in staircases because of their heightened strength in comparison to our other types of glass.
You don't need a reason to choose a glass staircase! Many people choose them for purely aesthetic reasons, or to make a visual statement.
However, if you have a hallway or other space that doesn’t receive much natural light, a glass staircase can help to brighten it up by allowing both natural and artificial light to flow through easily. This, in turn, can also help to give the area a more open and spacious feel.
No, we don’t fit or manufacture the stairs or steps themselves, but we can work with any carpenter or other provider of your choice to install the glass within the system they have built.
